Exterior and interior renovation
This is the second office renovation we have completed for a team of multi-disciplinary designers. The Client purchased a one storey industrial building located in a laneway. Originally a horses’ stable, it now accommodates an office of ten. Similar to their previous studio space, the building was stripped to its bare essentials to expose structural and mechanical elements. The white partition walls, simple custom millwork and neutral colours of the original sandblasted concrete floors all serve as a backdrop for the colourful and vibrant personalities of the owners and the work generated for their clients.
