Exterior and interior renovation

A 1960’s bungalow was converted from a traditional 3-bedroom house to a 1-bedroom “condominium”. The interior walls were removed to create a large, open-concept plan. The north end of the house accommodates an expansive master suite with a kitchenette, reading area and direct access to the private garden beyond. The exterior of the house was updated with custom metal doors and windows with large expanses of glass and new metal cladding detailed with a rhythmic pattern of simple standing seams.
